When you request the Lush Tax Season Ready Kit, this page saves your first name, email address, the date of your request, your marketing preference, and the email sending receipt. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated requests.

How your details are used

Lush Tax & Financial Solutions uses these details to record your kit request and send your requested PDF through Resend. Your name and email address are shared with Resend for this delivery. If you select the optional checkbox, Lush may also send tax tips, filing reminders, and offers. You can download the kit without agreeing to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Your details are stored in this page’s hosted database. The contact list is restricted to Lush’s authorized account. This form does not request tax documents, Social Security numbers, or financial account details.

Change your preference or request deletion

Email info@lushfinancialtaxsolutions.com to opt out, correct your details, or request deletion. Include the email address you used for your kit request.
